My take on it...
This is a great stamp set from Hero Arts, called Swirl Christmas! It was hard to get a good picture of it, I used all the dew drops and glimmer mist too.

Also I want to share with you this card I made.
Love the twine from The Twinery! And THIS Hero Arts stamp set. I didn't add a background stamp to the green cardstock, I wanted the twine and tag to be the focal. I love it.
