CARDS for Kids with Hero Arts

Happy Wednesday!! Hope your having a wonderful day. Still making more posts here to get caught up... sorry to bombard you lol.

Have you heard of the CARDS for KIDS drive? If not please check out Jennifer McGuire's page which will explain all about it. Go HERE to see all the information, I hope you will consider sending a card or two or four. :)

Heres one of the cards I made for the drive. On the characters I used removable tape so it can really be used to play Tic Tac Toe. So fun!

Card Recipe:
Stamps: Hero Arts Lets Chill, Oceans of Joy
Paper: PTI kraft, lemon tart, poppy, new leaf, summer sunrise, aqua mist, hawaiian shores, white, melon berry, orange zest, hibiscus burst and PP by Imaginesense
Ink: Memento
Other: Stickles, Glossy Accents

Theres also a separate CARDS for Grace drive. Jennifer is collecting cards for Grace, who lost her twin sister Ellie to cancer. So heartbreaking. Its hard when you loose a family member as I well know but I cant imagine loosing a twin. My father is a twin and he lost his twin brother Stanley in 2004, it was very very hard. For these cards they need them fast by the end of July. Mine are hitting the mail tomorrow and here they are, I would like to share what I made for her.

Jennifer showed a cute idea, see HERE, using colored pencils on kraft for the kids cards. Love it!

Cards Recipe:
Stamps: Hero Arts Monster Fun
Paper: PTI Kraft
Ink: Prisma color pencils, Memento, Versamark
Other: Google eyes

And last but not least, heres a card I did for the Hero Arts contest for July - Food and Travel, check it out HERE. They generously give you $50 in products if you win, Hero Arts is a very generous and wonderful company. The people that work for Hero Arts are great. I love their stamps but most of all love their company. And even better its all made in the USA.

Card Recipe:
Stamps: Hero Arts Lets Chill, Baby Boy (sailboat)
Paper: PTI kraft, hawaiian shores, aqua mist, new leaf, black, dark choco, white, Bo Bunny dots
Ink: Memento, Gel Pen
Other: PTI twine

Thanks for coming by (again) sorry to overload you with posts, just trying to get caught up and it feels good to do so. Now, off to blog hop and visit everyone. Have a blessed day!
