A little Off the Wall, Some CARDS and more Cards

Well this weekend went by fast again... dont they all LOL. Tomorrows Monday... UGH! I hate Mondays. At least I have coffee to save me LOL!!

Just a little post to share with you a card I did for my friend KIM's challenge ... the challenge theme is Mad Hatter Tea party, to use the colors from the picture. I love bright colors so I loved doing this challenge.

Here is my take:

Recipe:
Paper: PTI Raspberry Fizz, Orange Zest, New Leaf & Stamper White
Stamps: PTI Beautiful Blooms, Hero Arts
Ink: PTI ink pads, Distress Ink
Accessories: PTI buttons, Pearls
Tech: Spellbinder Nestibilities

Next I want to share with you a card I did a couple days ago, just wanted to play with my new Hero Arts stamps that I purchased. I love them... im from Virginia and this is our state flower, the Dogwood. They are very pretty. I miss all the flowers and greenery back east. Ahh I miss home. This reminded me of there.

Recipe:
Paper: PTI Stamper White
Stamps: Hero Arts, PTI mixed messages
Ink: Tim Holtz distress inks
Accessories: MS glitter
Tech: Spellbinder Nestibilities

And lastly I wanted to share my favorite card out of all my cards. This weeks challenge on the CARDS blog is to choose your favorite card you have ever made. It was a hard choice... So here is the one I love most:

Card Recipe:
Paper: PTI Enchanted Evening, Gina K Pure Lux
Stamps: Hero Arts
Ink: Tim Holtz distress inks, Gel Pen
Tech: Layered Emboss Resist (
tut on Jennifer McGuire ink), Perfect Pearls

Be sure to see the post below for the new challenge, hope you get to play!! Have a wonderful week!! :)

Wow, these are all GREAT!!! LOVE that first one, the bright colors and the way you "framed" your little flower scene, and the dogwoods on the second card are so pretty (love dogwoods!), and they look amazing on the wood grain!
